Boat-Billed Flycatcher Costa RicaVery large; bill very heavy, the culmen noticeably convex; more olive on back, less rufus in wing than similar-sized Great Kiskadee. Adults: crown and sides of head dull slate-black, with concealed crown-patch yellow to orange; white superciliaries extend to sides of forehead, nearly meet on nape; rest of upperparts dull olive; wings and tail more dusky, remiges and rectrices narrowly edged with cinnamon; throat white, rest of underparts bright yellow, Bill and legs blackish, mouth lining whitish.
