What a personalized vacation package should specify
A personalized vacation package should make it clear what is being arranged, who is responsible and which decisions remain open. A destination list and a set of photographs are not enough. Before comparing proposals, check that each one describes the same travelers, dates and number of nights. This helps you notice differences in scope rather than assuming every package contains the same services.
Read each part separately

Notice the words that leave decisions open
“Suggested,” “optional” and “subject to confirmation” describe different stages from a confirmed arrangement. Ask what still needs choosing and which services require a separate decision. If two documents disagree, request a corrected version instead of guessing which one controls the itinerary.
Check exclusions as carefully as inclusions. Flights, insurance, personal expenses and additional activities should not become silent assumptions. Ask about anything needed to complete a proposed day that is not clearly assigned to either the traveler or the provider. This guide does not establish contractual terms or cancellation policies.
Keep a single working version
When the route changes, update the dates, nights and related transport together. Keep the latest proposal easy to identify and review it as a complete journey. Adding an excursion can affect pickup arrangements or the time available for another plan.
