Planning and contact

The planner prepares a brief in your browser. Creating, copying or downloading it does not send it to our team. Opening your email application transfers the draft there; you decide whether to send it to info@tourism.co.cr. Sent messages are used to respond to your inquiry.

Please leave out passport or payment details. To ask about your messages or request their deletion, contact the same email address.

Saved journeys

Favourites are stored locally in this browser. They do not require an account. Remove them by tapping the heart again or clearing this site’s browser data.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics only loads if you accept analytics. It helps us understand which pages and features are used. We do not send names, email addresses, messages or written preferences as analytics events.

Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to serve and protect the site, such as the IP address.
