Founded in 1993, ICS began as a specialized boutique-style consulting firm offering value- added tax planning, auditing and business structure advice from both the legal and accounting points of view. Responding to the needs of the market, we soon opened an accounting department, providing clients with cost-efficient options to outsource basic accounting functions. Over time, we added more auditing professional to our staff.
